The hotel Playa Dorada is the only place of lodging in El Desemboque. It is located on the beach, although to get to the hotel you'll have to take one of the town's "high" roads to reach it. You can either take the road that runs along the beach, which curves into an incline to the hotel (be aware, the curve is sometimes filled with the fine beach sand, so pass through it with some speed or you may end up getting stuck) or from the main road into town, take a right turn a couple of blocks before you reach the beach. If you pass the elementary school on your left, you are on the right road.
The Playa Dorada also rents beach parking spaces for RV or tent camping. They have outdoor showers and facilities for campers.
